Harley began his show career at
the 2002 GRCA National Specialty and was 3rd in the 6-9 month sweepstakes
class, and a littermate was 4th in the regular class. He won the
Houston Combined Specialty Sweepstakes and became a champion completely
owner handled at 17 months of age, taking a Best of Breed over several
specials along the way.
He is 23" tall, weighs 70
pounds, has good bone, carries good coat, and is almost exactly the 12:11
length to height ratio of the standard. He has an excellent front
assembly, head and topline with well-sprung ribs. His sidegait is
beautiful and he carries his tail straight out. His personality and
temperament are absolutely adorable and he plays with our other intact
males even when we have a bitch in season.
Harley has sired a Best In Show
champion, BIS CH Tempo's G'day Sunshine at Razzle BISS and a winner of 5
Specialty Shows, BISS GCH. Tempo's U've Got What Gets Me BISS.

Hoagy is a littermate to Harley. Pictured at 20 months of age. Shown by
Susan Line, he finished his championship at 21 months and went Best Of
Breed over specials along the way. He was 4th in the 6-9 month puppy dog
class at the 2002 GRCA National Specialty under breeder judge Connie G.
Miller.

Maestro is shown taking 2 points and going
Best of Winners from the 6-9 Month Puppy Dog Class.
After claiming his Best Puppy ribbon, he went on to a
Puppy Sporting Group 3.

Player was the Number One
Golden Male in 2009 in Goldens Defeated and won the First Award of Merit
at the 2010 Westminster Kennel Club Show, presented by Pam
Desrosiers.
Player was Best of Breed in an All-Breed Sweepstakes and
has three Puppy Sporting Group Seconds. He won the 9-12
Month Puppy Dog Class at the 2005 National Specialty out
of a class of over 40 and was 4th in Sweeps. He
finished his championship being shown exclusively from
the Bred-By-Exhibitor Class. His class wins included a
4-point Specialty Best of Winners under breeder/judge
Helen Dorrance, a 5-point Specialty Reserve, a 4-point
Specialty Reserve, and a 5-point all-breed show
reserve. |

At the 2009 GRCA National
Specialty Bear (at 12 months of age) was 3rd
in the Amateur-Owner-Handler Class shown by co-owner Sue Hinson.
In May, 2010, Sue and Kimberly entrusted
him to me to get his championship title, and in only 6 weekends of
showing, he finished with 3 majors!
One of his majors was a Best of Winners
Specialty win under Breeder/Judge Debbie Claussen, and he also had a
Specialty Major Reserve under Breeder/Judge Kay Gosling.
His
last major was 4 points where he defeated 16 specials and went on to a
Group 4 under Judge Pat Trotter.
All this by 21 months of age!
